Meet Peggy

She moved to Ridgefield, CT in 1985 with her husband and daughter Amanda. In 1990, she opened The Fitness Studio and owned and operated it until 1999, when she entered the real estate business. She immediately became immersed in this business with a true passion for helping people navigate through one of the most important transactions in their lives. She has honed her skills as a keen negotiator for both buying and selling clients and gained expertise in marketing strategies, giving her clients a distinct advantage in achieving their goals. She truly has evolved as a consummate professional in the world of real estate—always offering the highest level of service in this 24/7 business. Consistently ranking amongst the top producers in Ridgefield, she is very proud of being a real estate agent.
 
She is married to Ridgefield’s First Selectman, Rudy Marconi, who has been in office for twenty-five years. As a result, she has been very involved in many Ridgefield events and organizations, including the Board of Directors at the RVNA, Board of REALTORS®, Chairperson for The Holiday Stroll, Chairperson for the Relay for Life, Chairperson for The Women’s Center of Danbury, the Board of Directors for Ann’s Place, a cancer support center, and currently serves on the Board of Directors at ACT - A Contemporary Theater offering Broadway entertainment.
 
It is with great pride that she serves in many different roles, but her real estate career is foremost in her daily life. Serving her community is an honor that she was taught from her early childhood years and that she treasures as a wonderful opportunity to give back where she lives.

Meet Julie

Hello! Thank you for stopping by my page. Allow me to share a little bit about myself. I have worked in the real estate industry since 2016. Living in Ridgefield, CT, I proudly serve this vibrant community and the surrounding towns. I started my real estate career in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia with a local boutique brokerage firm. Within a few years of starting my career as a Real Estate Agent, I was asked to be the Managing Broker of one of the largest real estate brokerage firms on the East Coast. I then became the Senior Vice President of a global real estate brokerage firm managing upwards of 90 agents between several offices.
 
Working in real estate perfectly unites my professional skills, educational background, and sincere interest in helping others. I graduated from Syracuse University with a BA in Fashion Design. Prior to real estate sales, I worked for ten years in the fashion industry in NYC at the corporate level in product development for companies such as Polo Ralph Lauren. In this capacity, I worked in a high-pressure, fast-paced and competitive environment negotiating pricing and production deadlines for millions of dollars worth of apparel to bring the product line to the retail stores. My corporate business acumen, combined with my design background and graduate studies in the Master of Science in Counseling at Johns Hopkins is a highly effective trio of skills to be your savvy negotiator, home interior advisor, and counselor when navigating one of the most important investments of your life.
